At Flip City we offer a wide variety of gymnastics classes for all ages and levels!

Our preschool classes are open to 3-4 year olds who are new to gymnastics.  We focus on balance, flexibility, strength, coordination, basic body positions, and early gymnastics skills, including

handstands, backbends and rolls. We also learn cartwheels!  We work on bars, beam, vaulting blocks, airtrak and trampoline as well as floor.

Our recreational gymnastics classes are offered for all ages at beginning-advanced levels.  Classes are designed to teach skills needed to progress quickly and effectivley in the sport!  At Flip City, we are proud of our students accomplishments!  Our students skill level speaks for itself!  No need to try any other gymnastics programs in South Baldwin Co!  Our kids are learning more, progressing faster and winning awards!

Our gymnastics team is made up of exceptional students who are hand picked by the coaches to persue competitive gymnastics.  Our team competes locally as well as state wide.

Our coaches are USAG Safety Certified, attend National Coaching seminars each year  and are members of the Alabama USAG.  Remember!  Don't pay for other  gymnastics classes  offered in the area that are taught by unqualified teachers!

To sign up for a gymnastics class, you need to look over the schedule of classes and find a class that works for you!  Please print the enrollment form and mail it to us to enroll for one of our class  sessions!
